The seat in the first image was loaned to me by John Quinn from Clondalkin. John lost his son Sean to suicide. Sean had taken this seat from an old van. On the accompanying audio recording John talks about his loss. The recording was made in response to the 'Economic Cost of Suicide', published by the Department of Health in Reach Out - A National Strategy for Action on Suicide Prevention.

The recording was made in response to the 'Economic Cost of Suicide', published by the Department of Health in Reach Out - A National Strategy for Action on Suicide Prevention.
